We provide various solutions to give clients the most immersive experience possible and to be present on-set while being elsewhere in the world. Clients can join the set via moderated video-streaming on their preferred platform (Zoom, MS Teams, ...) or join an individual protected live conferencing interface.
Multiple participants can join from off-site and watch the set and content that is created from various perspectives through the moderated broadcast stream. Clients can see the images shot in real-time, as well as the video-live feed of a main film camera or get an overview of the set via a spectator camera, all while being able to video-conference with the creatives/Art Directors on-set.
We provide tech solutions to execute fully remote shootings with people joining from various Cities. For example, the following scenario can be set up using a full remote setup.
Off-set clients and Art Directors can join a shoot via video-stream from Shanghai or London, while a photographer off-set is shooting remotely from Stockholm, giving directions to the talents and camera-operator present on-set in Hamburg.
Multiple individual communication channels between the Art Directors, the photographer, the client, the camera operator and the talents can be set up to ensure private conferencing during the shoot.
We provide an easy solution for you to view, rate and select Images shot on-set from anywhere in the world through your browser. This solution does not need any advanced technical knowledge or additional hardware/software on the client’s side.
You can login to an encrypted & password protected browser session, where you can either participate and view every shot taken in real-time and give feedback on images shot or take your time and select images of previous motives while the shooting continues. All ratings and color tags will be instantly synchronized with the data on-set.
A ‘Satellite Monitor with Cockpit’ comes with a color-accurate EIZO monitor, trackpad and keyboard. It can serve as a parallel cockpit that lets the photographer/Art Directors/client view, browse, rate or adjust the shots taken with a distance of up to 10m from the workstation. This kit is mostly used by photographers on-set to check/browse/adjust images but can also be arranged for clients to browse/rate images during short breaks.
A ‘Client Village Kit’ displays the incoming shots on any TV/Monitor within wifi range in real-time. Clients/Crew that don’t need to be next to the camera can view the shots with greater distance on a large display.
An ‘iPad Stations’ can be used to display the shots taken in real-time. As an alternative, they can be used with a browsable app that lets you view, rate, colour tag and zoom in on all shots taken – all while the shooting is still taking place. This station does have no wires and can be moved freely by the photographer/Art Director all-around set.
